1. Custom Order Returns
1.1 Please note that there will not be returns on Custom orders or branded items. Please make sure your order is correct.
1.2 These items will be signed off before production by the client and will not be able to be returned due to any error (except due to negligence from Addon Supplies side).
1.3 All custom or branded orders will be diligently discussed and ordered/produced with the satisfaction and approval of the customer.
1.4 Should there be a problem with your order please contact us on the following email addresses, where your email will be attended to ASAP.
2. General Information
2.1 Should you not be 100% satisfied with your general purchase, we will gladly accept your return and refund you within the 30 day Returns Policy period, under conditions.
2.2 Please send an email within 7 days of receipt of the product, to firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com / firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns form to be send to you.
2.3 Please keep all purchase and delivery documents on hand.
2.4 Should the return be valid, the product purchased must be returned to us (address will be given on returns form) at the cost of the client.
2.5 Should there be a collection option (if applicable) a fee for collection will be charged (depending on collection point) to the client and be deducted from the refunded amount.
2.6 No original/1st time delivery charges for returned items can be refunded.
2.7 In case of gift voucher or gift card, a cash or any other form of payment refund will not be given. ONLY be replaced by another gift voucher or card.
2.8 No broken/damaged items will be returned.
2.9 With items on Special / last of range we will NOT be accepting any returns or exchanges
2.10 Some suppliers might charge a handling fee, please take not of this.
3. Returns on Clothing Items
3.1 No returns on underwear or swimwear, or any other personal wear will be accepted, due to hygienic purposes.
3.2 We do not accept returns after the 7 day of receipt period has passed
3.3 Returns on clothing items should be send back/collected with original packaging, without any damage to the item/logo/buttons/tags etc.
3.4 No refund on shipping fees
3.5 Depending on supplier, a handling fee may be charged to the client.
3.6 Exchanged items (for example wrong size or color ordered) a courier/delivery charge will be charged to the client again.
3.7 With items on Special / last of range we will NOT be accepting any returns or exchanges
4.General item Returns
4.1 This includes any accessories, appliances, furniture or any goods not falling under clothing items.
4.2 We do not accept returns after the 7 day of receipt period has passed
4.3 Returns on goods should be send back/collected with original packaging, without any damage to the item in any way.
4.4 No refund on shipping fees
4.5 Depending on supplier, a handling fee may be charged to the client.
4.6 On exchanged items a courier/delivery charge will be charged to the client again.
4.7 Some accessories are covered by supplier warranties, please see to the relevant description when purchasing the items.
4.8 Should the item be under warranty, Addon Supplies will register your warranty with the original supplier and will send you proof of the warranty registration ASAP.
4.9 Should you not receive the proof of warranty registration, Addon Supplies will accept full responsibility for the item. (should we not have proof of your registration)
4.10 Every supplier will have their own set of Terms & Conditions regarding their warranties and you will be bound by them. Including replacement/refund/repair time (Please contact us, should you need their terms and conditions).
4.11 Should they replace the item with a new item, the courier/delivery charges will be for the clients account.
4.12 Should the item be repaired, the courier/delivery charges will be for the clients account.
4.13 There might not be refunds available but only replacement/repair with some items.
4.14 With items on Special / last of range we will NOT be accepting any returns or exchanges
5.1 When paying via Credit Card we offer exchanges when possible or refund the card used to place the order.
5.2 When paying via EFT or Bank Transfer we can offer a full refund to your account unless you prefer vouchers.
