Shipments and delivery
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days on stock items, non-stock items 7 to 10 working days and production stock 10 to 14 working days – this can vary, if the factory is back logged or load-shedding prevents production. Load-shedding can affect the lead-time. We do our best to get orders our as soon as possible.
For urgent orders, please always contact us directly, as online orders does take a day or 2 longer on processing.
After receipt of payment all orders will be processed and dispatched as soon as the stock is ready.
We send stock from different warehouses across the nation so stock might come from a different warehouse should the one in your region not have available stock. We do deliver to remote areas but there is not always same day or express delivery options available.
All deliveries are done by courier and we do not use the same courier every time, should tracking numbers be available on your order, please send us at info@addonsupplies.co.za to request your tracking number.
Couriers to farms or game reserves or very remote area might carry an extra cost, depending on courier. You will be contacted directly should that be the case.
Should there be an exchange or refund on a specific order, no courier cost will be refunded as the service has already taken place.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We work on a standard shipping fee of R199, so we do advise that you group your order to safe shipping cost. We cannot always group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Addon Supplies does not take any responsibility for stock once it has been handed over to the courier, should the stock be stolen, broken or damaged in any way once it arrives, please contact us directly so we can do our best to sort the matter with the responsible courier company. Addon Supplies does not take any responsibility for courier delays and fall under their delivery policies once the package has been handed over.
