1. Introduction
1.1 This website is owned and operated by Eromur t/a Addon Supplies (herein after referred to Addon Supplies, “we”, “us” and “our”).
1.2 These Website Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website, ordering and sales of the goods on this website.
1.3 By accessing or using the site, you (the "Customer") that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By use of this website the user will be binded to the terms and conditions of the Website. You must not use this Website if you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions
1.4 We reserve the right, to update or revise these Terms and conditions. Your continued use of the site following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1.5 When you purchase items on our site you enter into a binding agreement which is governed by the Terms of Use.
1.6 The Website enables you to shop online for an extensive range of goods.

2.1 We have the right to, at any time and for any reason and without prior written notice, suspend or terminate the operation of the Website or the user’s right to use the Website or any of its contents subject to us processing any orders then already made by you.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions contain the agreement between you and Addon Supplies and no other warranty or undertaking is valid, unless contained in this document between the parties.

3.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to users who are consumers for purposes of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (the “CPA”).

3.2.1 may limit the risk or liability of Addon Supplies; and/or
3.2.2 may create risk or liability for the customer or user; and/or
3.2.3 may compel the user to indemnify Addon Supplies; and/or
3.2.4 serves as an acknowledgement, by the user, of a fact.
3.3 It is important to read carefully through the Terms and Conditions to protect you as a customer and or user. It will be your responsibility to read through these terms and conditions. If any points should be unclear it will also be your responsibility to contact us to explain the terms and conditions.
3.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any right or obligation of the customer, the supplier or Addon Supplies.

5.1 Addon Supplies have the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

6.Errors
6.1 Addon supplies do our best to give through accurate information on delivery charges, stock, prices and or any relevant information on the website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website, we shall not be held liable for any loss or expense relating to a transaction based on any error.
6.2 Addon Supplies will not be liable for incorrect information posted that has been incorrectly given by our supplier/s.
7.Terms of use for the website
7.1 By using the Website, you acknowledge that you are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and of full legal capacity. If you are underage (under 18 (eighteen)) or if you are not legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement, then you may use the Website only with the involvement and supervision of your parent or legal guardian. If your parent or legal guardian supervises you and gives their consent, then such person agrees to be bound to these Terms and Conditions and to be liable and responsible for you and all your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

In addition, you agree that you will not in any way use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor, copy, distribute or modify the Website or the information within
7.3 You may not use the Website to distribute information, which is defamatory, offensive, contains or amounts to hate speech or is otherwise unlawful.
7.4 You may not in any way display, publish, copy, print, post or otherwise use the Website and/or the information contained therein.
8.Conclusion of sales and availability of stock
8.1 Addon supplies have the right to accept or reject an order place by the customer. Whether or Addon supplies accepts an order depends on the availability of Goods, correctness of the information relating to the Goods (including without limitation the price) and receipt of payment. Addon supplies will indicate acceptance of an order by delivering of goods or release goods upon collection. This is regardless of any communication from Addon supplies stating that your order or payment has been confirmed. Addon will indicate the rejection of your order by cancelling it and, refunding you for any amount already paid.
8.2 Addon supplies reserves the right to change prices at any time. If the total price differs to what was shown at checkout you reserve the right to ask for a full refund instead of paying the difference. Your Order remains valid as an offer until we issue our Acceptance of Order. We shall not be under any obligation to supply the Product to you until we have accepted your Order.
8.3 Custom branding orders do not have any return conditions. Addon Supplies have the right to charge a handling fee as it depends on the supplier, should a cancellation occur on non-custom orders.
8.4 After delivery or your collection of the Goods, you may return the Goods (if it is not a custom order) only in accordance with the Returns Policy.
8.5 Placing Goods in shopping basket without finishing the purchase, does not constitute an order for such Goods. Goods may be removed from the shopping basket if stock is no longer available or the price thereof might change without notice to you. You cannot hold Addon Supplies liable if such Goods are not available or are not available at the certain price when you complete or attempt to complete the purchase at a later stage.
8.6 You acknowledge that stock of all Goods on offer is limited and that pricing may change at any time without prior notice. Addon Supplies will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers are discontinued on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock as we work with suppliers.
8.7 When Goods are no longer available on your paid order, Addon Supplies will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund. In the case of some Goods for sale, Addon Supplies rely on stock availability supplied by the relevant Supplier and Addon supplies bears no liability for any inaccuracies in the information supplied
8.8 In cases where there is more than one item on your Order, we reserve the right not to supply some Items that make up your complete Order. In such a case we will only refund you for the items that are not available.
9.Returns
Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information about returning products, related refunds, replacements or repairs. (The Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions).
10.Payment
10.1 Final checkout prices shown are inclusive of taxes. You agree to pay the shown price for the products selected.
10.2 Should any payment details be incorrectly entered by the customer, Addon Supplies does not accept any financial liability and will not be held responsible in any way. Addon will see the product as “incomplete purchase” It is your responsibility to ensure that all details you have supplied us are correct and continue to be accurate. Any costs that may arise out incorrect details will be for the Customer’s account.
10.3 We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities.
10.4. Payment can be made for Goods via -
10.4.1 debit card.
10.4.2 credit card: We may ask for further proof that you are fully entitled to use a card (or other form of payment) that you have used to purchase the Products before releasing your Product. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorization is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorization your order for the Goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorized to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying the Goods. You also warrant that your credit card has enough available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website.
10.4.3 direct bank deposit (where banking fees on cash deposits will be the client’s responsibility) or electronic funds transfer:if you pay via direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer, no goods will be released until the bank confirms payment.
10.4.4 Instant EFT.
10.4.5 Cash on delivery or collection(Addon Supplies have the right to deny this option should the total be over a certain amount, due to safety issues); by selecting this option, you undertake to ensure that you have the exact cash on hand at the time of delivery
10.4.6 Payfast (in accordance to their terms and Conditions)
10.5 You may contact to obtain a full record of your payment. We will also send you email communications about your order and payment.
11.Discounts & Specials
11.1 We sometimes have discounted items or Specials running on the Website. These will be subject to certain conditions.
11.2 Customers will pay the discounted price for the specific product only.
11.3 Delivery charges will not be affected by discounts or specials.
11.4 Discounts and/or specials will usually be on low stock items, adding an item to your cart without completing check out might not secure the item/s for purchase. Stock will only be set aside once payment is complete
11.5 No refunds or extra discount will be given on specials or discounted prices as it will most likely be end of range products.
11.6 Warranties should a discounted or special item be under warranty will still be valid.
12.Delivery of goods
12.1 Addon Supplies have 2 (two) methods of delivery/collection of purchased goods. You may choose from:
12.1.1 courier.
12.1.2 collection.
12.2 Please see Shipping and Delivery terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12.3 Delivery charges are subject to change at any time, without prior notice, depending on Courier service.
12.4 We will arrange delivery of the Goods as soon as reasonably possible, aiming for 5 to 7 days but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment. You will be notified if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. We will only delay delivery should there be an unforeseen situation which is not in our control.
12.5 Addon Supplies will not responsible for any loss or authorized use of a product, after we have delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
12.6 On reasonable size packages, the checkout amount on delivery will be applicable. On mass orders or bigger size goods, the delivery charges WILL NOT be applicable. A delivery cost on bigger or mass orders will be quoted separately.
13. Privacy Policy
13.1 Addon Supplies value the relationship with our customers and/or other users of this site.
13.2 Should the customer decide to register as a user or to newsletters of this site, Addon Supplies will only use the information given for that specific purpose.
13.3 Addon Supplies does not have the right to leak personal information given to a third party or any other person not affiliated with Addon Supplies.
13.4 We will only be entitled to disclose your personal information if it is required in order to comply with any law, subpoena, or legal process served on us.
13.5 In the event of a fraudulent online payment, we are entitled to disclose your relevant personal information for criminal investigation purposes.
13.6 Personal information will only be used for Addon Supplies ordering purposes.
13.7 Personal information will not be missed used by Addon Supplies in any way.
13.8 Should we ask for your personal contact number, please note that we will only need your number for communication regarding your order.
13.9 Addon Supplies will take all possible measures to assure all information on our data basis is kept safe and hack free.
13.10 Whilst we will take all possible measures to keep information safe, we cannot guarantee or accept any liability should any information be disclosed by measures out of our control.
13.11 No information will be kept longer that needed.
13.12 Should any of your personal information change, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid problems regarding your order.
13.13 By filling in your personal information, you agree to provide accurate and current information, and you agree not to misrepresent any person or entity.
14.Rating / Reviews
14.1 When a client leaves a review of a product or service available through Addon Suppliers, you give your consent to Addon Supplies to use the rating or review as we see fit.
14.2 There might be a possibility that your first name will be visible with the review.
14.3 Should you not agree with clause 14.2, please do not leave reviews or ratings on products or services.
15.Complaints
15.1 Any complaints that may arise from use of this site, products or services must be directed to info@addonsupplies.co.za, admin@addonsupplies.co.za & sales@addonsupplies.co.za.
15.2 We are a participant under the Consumer Goods and Services Industry Code and are bound by it
15.3 If we do not resolve your complaint within 10 (ten) business days of you having notified us of it, you are entitled to approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, to assist in resolving the dispute.

16.1 When you visit the Website or send us an email, you consent to receiving communications from us or any of our divisions, in accordance with our privacy policy as set out in clause 13 above.

18.10 YOU HEREBY INDEMNIFY Addon Supplies AGAINST ANY LOSS, CLAIM OR DAMAGE WHICH MAY BE SUFFERED BY YOURSELF OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING IN ANY WAY FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE AND/OR ANY LINKED THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE (SHOULD THERE BE SUCH A SITE).
19.Website Availability/termination
19.1 We may in its sole discretion terminate, suspend and modify this Website, with or without notice to you.
19.2 You agree that Addon Supplies will not be liable to you in the event that it chooses to suspend, modify or terminate this Website other than for processing any orders made by you prior to such time, to the extent possible.
19.3 If you fail to comply with your obligations under these Terms and Conditions, including any incident involving payment of the price of an order for any Goods, this may (in our sole discretion with or without notice to you) lead to a suspension and/or termination of your access to the Website without any prejudice to any claims for damages or otherwise that we may have against you.
19.4 Addon Supplies is entitled, for purposes of preventing suspected fraud and/or where it suspects that you are abusing the Website and/or have created multiple user, to blacklist you on its database (including suspending or terminating your access to the Website), refuse to accept or process payment on any order, and/or to cancel any order concluded by you, on notice to you.
