Addon Supplies Return and Exchange Policy

At Addon Supplies, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, our return and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, in compliance with South African consumer protection laws.

1. Returns

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.​

Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.​

Handling Fee: All returns could be subject to a handling fee.

Courier Costs: Customers are responsible for all courier costs associated with returning items. These costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed. ​

Product Condition: Product must be in original condition in original packaging.

2. Exchanges

Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.​

Procedure: To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the item you wish to exchange. Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.​

Courier Costs: Customers are responsible for all courier costs associated with sending the original item back to us and for the delivery of the replacement item.

Product Condition: Product must be in original condition in original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:​

Custom-made or personalized items.​

Items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed.​

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately with photographic evidence.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.​

Please note that refunds are for the cost of the product only and do not include any courier charges incurred. ​
